  • User, “you,” and “your” refer to the person accessing or using the Platform.
  • Subscription Plan means the paid plan selected by you for using our services.

  • Unlimited Plan: Allows unrestricted bidding within fair usage guidelines.

Your subscription may include a free trial, after which charges will apply unless you cancel.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees or features with prior notice.

5. Fair Usage and Restrictions

You agree to use Fravo in compliance with all applicable laws. You are prohibited from:

  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass subscription limits.
  • Sharing your account credentials or access with others.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized tools to interact with the Platform.
  • Publishing or distributing any content from Fravo without our consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect abuse or violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Platform—including software, branding, and content—is owned by Fravo or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform as intended.

7. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.

  • If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
  • Add-on purchases (e.g., additional bids) are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse renewal or modify the subscription terms.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and are subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fravo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
